Q: HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIDEO LIBRARY IF I'VE NEVER ACCESSED IT BEFORE?

A: Click "Log In" in the top right corner of your screen. Since you don't already have an account, fill in your information to create one.(write down the personal login you create for yourself so you won't forget it)

Now log in if you aren't already & hover your mouse over the Video Library tab to reveal the drop down, select Plans & Pricing. 

Purchase the plan that meets your needs. Once purchased, you'll be able to access all our virtual classes under our VIDEO LIBRARY tab in the site's navigation.

Q: HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIDEO LIBRARY IF I'VE USED IT BEFORE?

A: Click "Log In" in the top right corner of your screen. Instead of filling in the Sign Up pop up, click "Already a Member? Log In". Once logged in you can access all our different types of classes which are located under our VIDEO LIBRARY drop down.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A VIDEO WON'T PLAY?

A: First, make sure you're logged in. If you aren't logged in, log in. If you ARE logged in, try to play another video. It may be that only that video isn't working. If that's the case, shoot us an email us at to let us know which video needs unlocking & we will make it available! If none of your videos are accessible, there's been a glitch in communication between our site & Vimeo. Please email us in this case as well so we can investigate & problem solve as quickly as possible.

 

Q: HOW OFTEN IS THE VIDEO LIBRARY UPDATED?

A: Every month a handful of new virtual classes are added gradually as they are recorded.
